Terms and Conditions:
  • Your Visit Date must be more than 48 hours from now.
  • Tickets will be ready for collection 48 hours from time of successful booking.
  • Advance booking is available up to 2 months from now.
  • An eVoucher number will be issued to you upon successful booking. Please present eVoucher number at the Jurong Bird Park ticket counter to exchange for Entrance Tickets. Do not lose your eVoucher number.
  • For Park Hopper 3-in-1 tickets, please collect them either from the Jurong Bird Park ticketing counters
  • The e-Voucher has an expiry date. It is valid for 1 month from visit date.
  • Visit Date can be changed if the e-Voucher has not expired. However the expiry date of e-Voucher is not changeable. Click here to go to the Change Visit Date for more details.
  • Tickets purchased are not subjected to refund.
